How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
• Email us at support@avodahdynamics.com and we'll handle it with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank but is typically 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel any recurring plan at any time via the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
