Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms form an agreement between you and Hustle Culture Co. ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Shevet Challenges (challenges.avodahdynamics.com) and related challenges and content (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, enrolling in a challenge, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if acting on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

The Service provides Christian discipleship challenges, devotional content, journaling, progress tracking, and related community features. We may update, change, or discontinue features at our discretion.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes.
  • Send spam, malware, or attempt to interfere with the Service's security.
  • Infringe intellectual property, scrape content, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
  • Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or rights-infringing content.

6. Payment, subscription, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which cover billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds. See our Refund Policy for our refund window.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, devotionals, audio, branding, and documentation, is owned by Hustle Culture Co. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial discipleship use under your active plan.

8. User content

You retain ownership of the journal entries, testimonies, and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the legality of content you submit.

9. Service level & warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time via your account or the Paddle customer portal. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain data as required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by mandatory local law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
